The Red Sky at Night Quilt is a collection of 62 beautiful Machine pieced and EPP blocks, with a focus on easy, batched construction.

I've always loved the look of sampler quilts, but before Red Sky at Night Quilt, I'd never successfully finished one. I just don't enjoy all that stopping and starting and making colour decisions for each block! I need to get lost in a quilt, to make easy progress, to feel the flow.

And so, I created a sampler pattern even I could enjoy! One where all the 2" squares are cut in the beginning, where all the flying geese and hourglass units are the same size across the quilt, and are easily prepared in batches first.

Create a beautiful, scrappy look without needing to make colour choices at every turn, or pick your favourite 2 colours for a classic look, and enjoy hurdle-free progress.
